Aloft Cancun

I have been to Cancun many times and this place is just what I need. Clean, centrally located, affordable and close to the beach. They have an all you can drink, a rooftop pool, a pool table a decent gym and a nice restaurant. I have been taking transit so the ADO from airport to the Cancun station then the R1. There is a massive supermarket, don't shop at the nearby pharmacy when you can go a few steps further and shop at the supermarket it's much cheaper. The beds are so comfy, forget airbnb stay here.

This hotel is great! The service is phenomenal, and the drinks were delish. Mario is pleasant and helpful. He makes your stay worth it. Location is perfect for transit, xcaret shuttles, markets, food, and beach. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I would recommend anyone to stay here. You won't regret the choice.

Mario, Haydi, Amir, and Taina. You guys are all beautiful people and actually made my already great experience even better. Listen, for those balling on a budget this is THE BEST it actually will ever get in Cancun. This place is SO CLEAN, the lobby smells like a dream and is TRULY a beautiful hotel. You get a rooftop, you’re right next to all the clubs, restaurants I’m telling you this is the absolute best bang for your buck. Aloft you guys were SO GOOD to my husband and I thank you so much God bless you all in Jesus name!

They are soo friendly! From check in to leaving.. the whole staff is very personable and genuinely kind. They helped me to my room, and assured what times breakfast is happening with other information. There is also 2 times in the day where there's an "open bar" whatever you like on the menu is free to guests. They were soo friendly y'all!! I never felt soo welcomed by another hotel before I just felt very safe with the whole experience. Even when I had to wait 2 hours after check out for my van, they checked on me and made jokes with me. I love this place! Cannot recommend enough!! If I ever come back I'll do it gladly! They even hold bags if you're checking out, and need to go somewhere really quick! The hotel isn't close to a lot, but worth it I promise! Room had nice mirrors, but is kinda basic tbh. But the staff more than makes up for it, and the fun pool table at the entry level is a nice touch too!!

Great stay! Would enjoy the pool to be a bit warmer and to be provided with at least two room keys (I’m sure you can ask for this accommodation) but it’s difficult to coordinate with others if you don’t have extra room keys as you can’t use elevator without your room key, this is however an added layer of security which is nice

Amazing hotel for the price. Great experience. Staff was amazing. Mario was awesome and very helpful. Definetly the person to talk to for any questions or help with anything. Location is perfect with supermarket and restaurants,bars and night life. Ferry to Isla mujeres is right in front which is a must do. Open bar at hotel and included breakfast is definitely a plus. Looking forward to come back!!!!

OK I guess, nothing special, typical rooms, no balcony, windows sealed, shower sucks big time, overhead shower only, difficult to properly wash rest of the body. Long check in, had to wait about 1/2 hour for my turn. Housekeeping is forgetting to refill shower soap and shampoo bottle and you have nothing to wash yourself with. Had to pay local tourist tax upon checking. Also was charged $100 security deposit with my credit card (still waiting for automatic refund). The location is good, near majority of bars, etc. One can aceess public beach just short walk across the street street. Did not have chance to check out rooftop pool as it was frequently closed to to minor drizzle.

I would go back. But... Basic rooms. Free drinks 9 to 9. Roof top patio pool for drinks from 2 to 9. Was often closed for various reasons. Not a great settings either with few chairs and that would be at max a 3 stars up there. Many bars around and places to eat plus grocery store across the street. No beach access so it's about a 5 ish mns walk to have access to it. 7-11 right by the beach nearby.
